Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g corn flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 ml water
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for gluten allergy sufferers
Knead all ingredients thoroughly. Caution: The dough will be very moist. Moisten the baking paper thoroughly. Bake for approximately 50 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
