Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of corned beef
- 8 potatoes
- Puff pastry, frozen
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- cream

Cook the potatoes until tender. In the meantime, place the thawed puff pastry in the pie dish and prick it all over. Once the potatoes are drained, add the corned beef and mash until it forms a paste. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix. Then transfer the mixture to the lined dish and place a puff pastry lid on top. Brush the lid with the beaten egg and cream mixture. Bake the pie in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) until golden brown.
