Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups of quark (low-fat or 20% fat, depending on calorie needs)
- 1 bunch chives, fresh
- 6 eggs, boiled (6-8 minutes, depending on taste)
- Salt
- 600 g boiled potatoes or salted potatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Combine the sour cream and quark, season with salt. Wash the chives, pat dry, and finely chop. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into large cubes. Carefully stir them into the quark/sour cream along with the chives. Season to taste, adding more salt if necessary. Let stand for two to three hours, then serve with boiled or boiled potatoes.
