Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g peach(s) (can)
- 3 eggs
- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 half lemon(s), squeezed
- Cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the peaches in a greased baking dish. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk together the egg yolks, honey, lemon, almonds, and mascarpone. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread the mixture over the peaches. Bake for about 30 minutes at 190°C (375°F). Dust with a little cinnamon and powdered sugar and serve warm.
