For a low-calorie TV evening

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. The milk is primarily used to make the mixture as smooth as you like it. You can choose dried, frozen, or fresh herbs. Let the mixture sit for about an hour. In the meantime, I always prepare the vegetables for dipping, such as peppers, carrots, radishes, celery sticks, or whatever you like. The low-fat quark and cottage cheese make this a low-calorie snack in front of the TV.
