Cottage cheese breakfast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 60 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • some vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp, leveled cane sugar, brown sugar, or to taste
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cottage cheese and yogurt. Wash the apple, core it, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Stir the apple cubes, vanilla, and lemon juice into the cream cheese and yogurt. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar, then a sprinkle of cinnamon and finally a few flaked almonds. Serve the cottage cheese breakfast. It’s also delicious as a snack or for dinner.
