Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 large apple
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

a healthy start to the new day
Core the apple, but do not peel it, cut it into small cubes and mix it with the cottage cheese along with the applesauce, cinnamon and nuts.
