Chocolate breakfast smoothie bowl with bananas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 360 ml milk or milk alternatives
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes

Soak 70g of the hazelnuts in cold water for 30 minutes. Chop the remaining 10g of hazelnuts and the chocolate. Peel the bananas. Cut one banana into pieces (you’ll need it later as a topping). Place the soaked hazelnuts in a blender with the milk, 3 bananas, and cocoa powder and blend until thickened and the toppings won’t sink in. Ladle the smoothie into bowls. Arrange the remaining hazelnuts, banana slices, chocolate, and chia seeds on top as a topping.
