Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 60 g wheat flour or spelt flour
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 50 g bacon cubes
  • 1 spring onion(s), chopped
  • a few stalks of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients with a spoon and add tablespoon by tablespoon, adding a little oil if necessary, to the heated pan to make 8 small cakes. Fry on both sides over medium heat with the lid closed until golden brown. Serve with salad and herb curd. These 8 cakes are enough for 2 servings; one serving has 400 kcal. The ingredients can be varied; for example, you can use vegetables or fruit instead of bacon and spring onions. These cakes are delicious, quick, and easy to make, and are perfect for everyday consumption.
