Minced meat, cheese and leek sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 leek(s)
  • some oil for frying
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some stock powder, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Creamy sauce with minced meat and leek, ideal with pasta

Wash the leek and slice into rings. Sauté it in a little oil in a pan, then add the minced meat and cook until tender. Deglaze with the cream and add the processed cheese. Melt the cheese over medium heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and a little bouillon powder, if desired. Serve with pasta.
