Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g gnocchi
- salt water
- 4 spring onions
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 170 g corn kernels
- 1 bunch of basil
- 150 g cottage cheese
- oregano
- pepper
- curry

Homemade, delicious, healthy and colorful
Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. Chop the vegetables and sauté everything except the tomatoes in a pan. Season to taste. Stir in the cooked gnocchi and fold in the cottage cheese a spoonful at a time. Finally, add the tomatoes and basil leaves and stir well until evenly distributed. Season to taste and serve.
