Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 200 g herb cheese spread
- 200 g Edam cheese, grated
- 175 g ham, diced
- 1 pack of arugula
- some milk
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them with the diced ham in a large pan with a little oil. Add the cream cheese with a little milk, stirring well to prevent it from burning. Now add the grated cheese. If the sauce gets too thick, just add a little milk now and then. Once the cheese has melted, stir in the drained pasta. Mix everything well and finally fold in the chopped arugula. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
