Cottage Cheese Muffins

- 3 piece Organic eggs size XL
- 500 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 250 g Organic low-fat quark
- 2 Bags V pudding
- 3 tbsp Xucker / xylitol
- 0,5 tsp Food atron
- Put the eggs in the mixing bowl of the food processor and beat until frothy.
- Gradually add the other ingredients and stir well.
- Then put the dough in muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
