Cottage Cheese Muffins

The perfect cottage cheese muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Organic eggs size XL
  • 500 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 250 g Organic low-fat quark
  • 2 Bags V pudding
  • 3 tbsp Xucker / xylitol
  • 0,5 tsp Food atron
  1. Put the eggs in the mixing bowl of the food processor and beat until frothy.
  2. Gradually add the other ingredients and stir well.
  3. Then put the dough in muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
