Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 1 packet Poppy seed baking
- 120 g Quark semi-fat
- 3 Eggs
- 50 g Food starch
- 160 ml Oil
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- For the decoration:
- Powdered sugar
- Lemon juice
- 5 pcs. After Eight
Instructions
- Put the oil, salt, eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy.
- Then add the poppy seed cake and quark. Add a splash of lemon juice and stir.
- Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder and fold into the mixture.
- Place in molds and bake at 180 ° C.
- Let cool down.
- I melted the after-eight (leftovers .... have to go away before the holiday) with a tablespoon of cooking oil, made a small piping bag out of baking paper and put the chocolate in it.
- I made a powdered sugar icing in another bowl. Be careful that it is not too runny.
- Brush the muffins, squirt a snail with the piping bag and pull the mixture in and out with a toothpick from the center, always in the opposite direction .....
