Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Briefly blend all ingredients in a blender (about 30 seconds) until smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil. Pour the mixture onto the sheet, either in a round wrap or, if you double the amount of ingredients, even over the entire sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Let cool, then carefully peel the wrap off the parchment paper. Now you can top your wrap with whatever you like. My favorite combination: pesto, baby spinach, fried eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and a little sriracha mayo on top. Have fun trying it out!
