Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup couscous, fine
- 1 tbsp oil (garlic)
- 1 tbsp chicken broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the chicken stock. Once the water boils, pour the couscous into the pot and stir. Remove from the heat and let it simmer until the couscous has completely absorbed the water and is soft. Then stir in the garlic oil.
