Tomato sauce:

  • 50 g Couscous

  • 1 kl. Garlic
  • 1 kl. Vegetables,
  • Broth, salt and pepper
  • Parmesan
  • 1 kl. Onion
  • 1 kl. Garlic
  • 5 fresh Skinned and sliced ​​tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • Herbs
  • Broth (I make it myself)
  1. Wash the zucchini, cut off the lid and hollow out with a spoon and set aside

now to the couscous:

  1. Bring 2,100 ml of water to the boil. Turn off the stove, let the couscous soak in the water and move it to one side. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces ….. I had 1 slice of kohlrabi, half a small zucchini, some paprika, 1 skinned tomato and a few balls of mozzarella in the fridge. Fry the onion and the vegetables in coconut oil, add a little broth and simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Mix the couscous and vegetables, season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Stuff the zucchini with it.

Tomato sauce:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer for a few minutes. Season with a little broth, salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
