Ingredients
- 100 g Couscous
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lemon, the juice
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Red Onion
- 150 g Colorful, small tomatoes
- 150 g Feta
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Chopped leaf parsley
- Espelette pepper
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
Instructions
- Put the couscous in a bowl and pour 300 ml of boiling water over it, let it soak for about 15 minutes and then pour the butter on the still warm couscous, let it melt, stir well and add salt, pepper and allspice d ' Season the Espelette. Grate the garlic cloves.
- Cut the avocado in half, take the meat out of the shell and dice it, put it in an extra bowl and pour the lemon juice over it. Now add the olive oil, stir once and let stand for now.
