Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g couscous
- 1 small head of radicchio
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 shot of red wine
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the radicchio into strips. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and lightly sauté the onion and garlic. Add the radicchio, season with salt, oregano, and a pinch of sugar, and continue to sauté. Deglaze with red wine and let it evaporate. Dust the radicchio with flour, pour in the stock, and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper, toss with the couscous, and serve immediately.
