  • 200 g tomatoes (pellati), peeled, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (green, yellow)
  • 2 large onions
  • Salt

  • some oil

Instructions

Finely chop the onions and fry them in oil. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Then stir in the rice, pellati, and sliced ​​bell peppers and simmer over low heat until simmered. Season to taste—I prefer a spicy dish. I like to eat djuvec as a main course, but it can also be served as a side dish! The serving size for 4 people is based on a main course! For a side dish, simply halve the quantity.
