Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper(s), cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp beef broth, instant
  • Spice(s) of your choice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 2 Bockwurst, cut into diagonal slices
  • 4 tbsp couscous
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the bell peppers and oil in a saucepan and sauté briefly. Deglaze with water, add the spices, and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the sausage to the pan and simmer. Sprinkle the couscous over the mixture and mix, letting it swell for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste and stir in the cream. Serve with tomato salad.
