Grilled mushrooms

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 4 cloves garlic, fresh
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and set aside. Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press or chop them very finely and mix with the oil and soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and mix well. If there is too little marinade, simply add a little more of the ingredients. Place them in aluminum foil on the grill for a few minutes at a moderate heat. Do not close the top of the foil so that you can see if the mushrooms are done; turn them over if necessary. This also works in the oven. Note from Chefkoch.de: If you don’t want to use aluminum foil, use parchment paper or baking paper for the packet, or use a casserole dish or the stainless steel trays mentioned in baerchen52’s comment. This is recommended for ecological and health reasons. Aluminum foil with baking paper lined on the side facing the food has also been available for some time, and this is also recommended.
