thin chocolate cookies for Christmas

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the sugar (approx. 150 ml of sugar) and let it melt slightly. Add the rum, cocoa powder, and oats and heat everything up slightly while stirring – it will all become slightly crumbly. Using a tablespoon, place small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Caution: No more than 6 cookies! The mixture will spread. Now bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 15-20 minutes. The cookies are ready when the mixture has melted and is bubbling gently. Tip: You can also do without cocoa powder; add a little cinnamon or vanilla sugar to taste.
