Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 200 g tomato paste
  • 30 g herb butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ketchup
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sausage macaroni

First, put water in a large pot, add salt, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Stir occasionally. Meanwhile, dice the sausage and finely chop the onion. Add the sausage and onion to a large pan and fry. Once browned, add the tomato paste and ketchup to the pan and mix well. Add the herb butter, stirring until dissolved. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sausage. Mix everything together until all the pasta is golden brown. 680 kcal per serving.
