Spaghetti all'Assassina

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of spaghetti (approx. 100 – 125 g)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 cl water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dashes olive oil
  • some garlic
  • some chili paste
  • 1 shot of tomatoes, pureed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

In a bowl, combine tomato paste, salt, and warm water. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and chili paste. Add raw spaghetti to the pan, gradually adding tomato paste broth until the pasta is cooked.
