- 50 ml milk, low-fat
- 100 g cucumber(s)
- 100 g crab (or shrimp), cooked

Low-fat curd cheese
In a bowl, mix the low-fat quark with the milk until smooth. Then add the sliced cucumber and the cooked crab or shrimp and mix everything together. Season with garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
