Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g North Sea crabs
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 5 spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Finely chop the leeks and garlic, mix with the mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir in the crab. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sweetener. Be sure to use sweetener, as sugar changes the consistency (it makes the mayonnaise runnier). Transfer the crab salad to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (I always leave it overnight).
