Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g North Sea crabs
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup without preservatives
- 2 tbsp cognac
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Cayenne pepper, amount according to spiciness

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, cognac, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and fold in the crab. Let it all sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.
