Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 120 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 100 g dates
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Puree the dates with a little of the water and mix with the remaining water. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in the date water and mix well. Using a teaspoon, drop small dollops of the mixture onto a baking mat, flattening slightly if necessary. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 25-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cookies. Tip: I always put three baking sheets in the oven at once.
