Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s), green
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour, gluten-free
  • 3 tbsp milk, lactose-free
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mash the banana with a fork. Gradually add the milk, flour, and egg. Then fry the batter in a pan with a little oil, forming golden-brown pancakes. This amount makes about 9 pancakes.
