Cranberry Cake

- 100 Margarine
- 100 Sugar fine
- 3 Eggs
- 100 Chopped hazelnuts
- 1 Baking powder
- 2 Cocoa powder
- 1 Lingonberry jelly
- 0,25 Cream
- Mix the egg yolks with margarine and sugar until foamy – add the hazelnuts, baking powder and cocoa, then fold in the egg whites. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 °. Place the lingonberries on the cooled base and garnish with cream
