Cranberry Camembert Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 80 ml cranberries (from the jar)
  • 125 g Camembert(s), diced
  • 125 ml yogurt
  • 60 ml milk
  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 40 g walnuts, chopped
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

enough for approx. 12 pieces

Sift flour, baking powder, and sugar. Stir in eggs, cranberries, cheese, yogurt, milk, and butter. Pour batter into greased muffin cups and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
