Cranberry cream dessert with yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cranberries, preferably fresh (or frozen)
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 ml natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the brown sugar in a saucepan, add the cranberries, and sauté briefly. Then remove from the heat and let cool briefly. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then stir in the natural yogurt. Layer the cream and cranberries alternately in a dessert glass. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased to your liking. This dessert is perfect for preparing for the next day.
