Cranberry – Marzipan – Croissants

The perfect cranberry – marzipan – croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Egg
  • 80 g Dried chopped cranberries
  • 30 g Chopped pistachios
  • 30 g Chopped almonds
  • 200 g Marzipan paste
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  1. Separate the egg.
  2. Knead the cranberries, pistachios, almonds, marzipan, egg yolks and powdered sugar.
  3. First shape the dough into rolls, then into croissants.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg white.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 – 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack.
