Ingredients
 

  • 1 Egg
  • 80 g Dried chopped cranberries
  • 30 g Chopped pistachios
  • 30 g Chopped almonds
  • 200 g Marzipan paste
  • 50 g Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Separate the egg.
  • Knead the cranberries, pistachios, almonds, marzipan, egg yolks and powdered sugar.
  • First shape the dough into rolls, then into croissants.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg white.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 5 - 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Let cool on a wire rack.
