Marzipan Almond Croissants
The perfect marzipan almond croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Marzipan
- 20 g Ground almonds
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 Protein
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Sliced almonds for rolling
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Shape croissants and roll them in almond leaves. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 ° for about 10-15 minutes. A real pleasure! If you like, you can dip the ends in chocolate after cooling. I left out the chocolate because I don’t eat chocolate during Lent 😉
