Cranberry Muffin

The perfect cranberry muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pck Cranberries
  • 200 gr Flour
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 pck Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 pck Baking powder
  • 100 gr Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Egg liqueur or milk
  1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar then add the eggs. Then mix in the flour and finally the egg liqueur and the cranberries. Put the dough in the muffin cream and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar
