Ingredients
 

Single portion:

  • 1 tbsp Fine mustard (medium hot)
  • 1 tbsp Cranberries from the glass (sweet)
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Salt from the mill

Instructions
 

Cranberry mustard:

  • Mix one tablespoon each of fine mustard and cranberries cold and mix with a pinch of mill pepper and mill salt and stir 3 times with a spoon in a bowl, that's it. Please season to taste.

Use:

  • Addition to sausage and meat, bread and beer. Gladly with white sausage and the meadow festival.
