Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cranberry compote or cranberries from the jar
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 50 g onion(s) (silver onions) from the jar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with grilled food, fondue, game dishes and raclette

Mix the cranberry compote with oil and mustard. Finely chop the pearl onions and add them, seasoning with salt. I also blended the mixture with an immersion blender because the onion pieces were a bit of a nuisance. It goes perfectly with fondue, grilled food, raclette, or game dishes.
