Crayfish salad with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g crab meat from the refrigerated section
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 ml oil (sunflower or vegetable oil), possibly a little more
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Dill
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 shot of vinegar (e.g. Kressi, small shot)
  • 1 egg yolk

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super fast and easy

Put the egg yolks in a small bowl with the vinegar, salt, pepper, dill, mustard and garlic, mix well and then add the oil in small streams, slowly and not too much, until the mayonnaise has the desired consistency. You can use more or less oil depending on the size of the egg. Then stir in the cream. Put the crabs in a bowl, mix with the cream mayonnaise and season to taste and let it marinate, but you can also eat it straight away. You can vary this to taste with mango or apple and/or a boiled egg. Serves 4 as a side dish for dinner or as a starter.
