Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 15 fish fingers
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

from fish fingers, quick, easy, cheap

Thaw the fish fingers and mash them with your hands. Then stir in the egg, breadcrumbs, and chives and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Scoop the fish mixture into tablespoonfuls (1 tablespoon per patty) and fry in hot oil, then fry over medium heat until cooked through. Delicious served hot or cold, or even in a salad.
