Cream Cake with Tangerines

- For the dough:
- 80 g Sugar
- 150 g Cold butter
- 250 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- For the filling:
- 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 400 g Cream
- 400 g Sour cream
- 3 Eggs
- 125 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla pudding
- 1 Can Mandarin oranges
- Pour the mandarins into a colander and drain well.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and place in a bowl. Now add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and the cold butter and make a shortcrust pastry. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, place the eggs in a mixing bowl and beat until frothy. Add the sugar and stir in. Now gradually stir in the cream, sour cream and crème fraîche. Finally fold in the drained mandarins.
- Pour the dough into the prepared springform pan, roll it out on the base and pull up a high rim. Now pour in the mass. Now place the cake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for about 45 – 50 minutes. If the cake gets too dark, cover the last 15 minutes with aluminum foil. After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin
