Cream cheese and chocolate lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of chocolate cookies or butter cookies
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 120 g sugar
  • 60 ml milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 packs of cream powder (Paradise Cream Chocolate Flavor)
  • 600 ml milk
  • Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Simple, quick and delicious without baking

Line the bottom of a lasagna dish with chocolate biscuits or butter biscuits. Whip 500 ml of cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix 450 ml of cream cheese with 60 ml milk, 120 g sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Then stir the cream well into the cream cheese. Whip the chocolate paradise cream (2 packages) with 600 ml milk and let stand briefly. Now spread about 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture over the biscuits as the first layer. Then pour about half of the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese and spread it out well. Next follow another layer of biscuits, then cream cheese, chocolate pudding and more biscuits. As the final layer, place a layer of cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits. If you like, you can also sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
