Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g cream cheese
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 handful of leeks
- ½ handful of grapes
- Salt and pepper (Madagascar pepper)
- some fresh herbs (chives, thyme or rosemary)
- possibly Pul Biber
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegetarian, simple
Prepare a bowl with a lid. Finely chop the leek, halve or quarter the dates and grapes, as desired. Mix all ingredients together except the herbs, season with salt and pepper. Finally, lightly fold in the fresh herbs and store in the refrigerator. For a special kick, I add Pul Biber. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack between meals, or as a party dip.
