Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g cream cheese
  • 100 g lean ham, diced
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • chives
  • sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the cream cheese with the cream until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar, then stir in the diced ham. Add chives to taste. As a variation, you can use salmon strips instead of the ham, then replace the chives with spring onion rings. Tastes great with savory pastries, pretzels, and even with potatoes.
