delicious with crisp salads

In a bowl, mix the herb cream cheese and sour cream with a little milk to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper, and, if desired, add 1-2 garlic cloves crushed through a garlic press. Finally, stir in the fresh parsley and chives. The dressing can be refrigerated until ready to serve, but it should be used as soon as possible after preparation and stirred thoroughly before use. We think this dressing tastes great with cucumber and green leaf salads; it also goes well with radishes and turnips. Tip: Peeled and finely diced fresh red or yellow bell peppers taste great in the dressing.
