Cream cheese balls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g blue cheese without rind
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • some parsley, freshly chopped
  • 120 g hazelnuts or walnuts, chopped
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Perfect for the buffet!

Mash the blue cheese, preferably with a fork, then mix well with the cream cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Scoop out small portions with a teaspoon and form into balls. You should make about 20 to 25 balls. Roll the balls in the chopped nuts and refrigerate.
