Cream Cheese Brownies
The perfect cream cheese brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 120 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 130 g Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 80 g Flour
For the cream cheese mixture:
- 1 Egg
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring occasionally. Allow to cool slightly. Whisk the brown sugar and eggs, then stir in the chocolate. Finally stir in the flour briefly.
- For the cream cheese mixture, mix all the ingredients together until creamy. Pour two thirds of the dark dough into a prepared loaf pan (20 x 20 cm) and spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Spread the rest of the dark dough on top and make a light marble pattern with a fork. The cream cheese mass is pretty runny, that’s how it should be.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 – 35 minutes. No longer, otherwise the brownies will be too dry. Let cool and then cut into small cubes.
