Ingredients
Pizza dough with baking powder and sourdough:
- 250 g Wheat flour type 550, strong for baking
- 250 g Backin
- 1 tbsp Oregano (wild marjoram) spice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,1 L Water warm
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
Pizza topping:
- 0,1 L Tomato juice or sauce
- 2 Sliced Gouda cheese, cut
- 50 g Cabanossi, sliced
- 3 Mushrooms, cut
- 30 g Leeks or leeks
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 6 tbsp Pickled feta cheese, with pieces of vegetables
- 2 tbsp Sourdough
Instructions
Dough:
- For the pizza dough, mix the flour, baking powder, spice, water, oil and grated cheese well and knead with a little oil to form a ball of dough and let it steep for 15 minutes. Then roll out the dough on an oven tray with baking paper and spread with the tomato juice and the sliced cheese.
Covering:
- Cover with leek, mushrooms, Cabanossi and the sheep's cheese and sprinkle with a little Parmesan. Baking time approx. 20 minutes in the electric oven
