Cream Cheese Cookies with Poppy Seeds

- 400 g Flour
- 250 g Soft butter
- 150 g Sugar white
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 3 Egg yolk
- 1 packet Poppy seed baking
- In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add the flour, cream cheese and egg yolks and stir in. Now chill the dough for an hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut rectangles about 5 by 5 cm. Place the rectangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put some poppy seeds in the middle and press two opposite sides together.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (top – bottom heat) and bake for about 20 minutes. After the baking time, place on a cake rack and let cool down.
