Sate Skewers, Appetizer

The perfect sate skewers, appetizer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Chicken breast fillet
  • 60 g Salted peanuts
  • 4 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 4 tsp Sambal Oelek
  • 200 ml Water
  • 4 tsp Yellow curry paste
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 3 Red peppers
  • 3 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 6 Shish kebab skewer
  • 1 tsp Peanut oil
  1. Dab the chicken breast dry and cut into strips, pull in a wave shape onto the skewer.
  2. Mix 2 teaspoons sambal oelek, 2 teaspoons curry paste and 2 tablespoons oil and brush the skewers with it. Cold spots and at least Let marinate for 20 minutes. Fry them briefly in the remaining oil in a pan and then grill them in the oven until they are golden brown.
